At First MFG, we stand behind the quality of our leather goods and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached. We strive to ensure every rider finds their perfect fit and style with a seamless, hassle-free process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to activate tracking for your return.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
